This Arc H2O™ flame resistant rain jacket is made of Hi-Vis 10 oz. FR cotton weft knit fabric with an FR polyurethane moisture barrier for lightweight, stretchable comfort. This FR rain jacket features a tuck away attached hood in collar for those especially bad weather days. A back mesh ventilation system provides increased airflow to keep you dry and comfortable all day long. The reflective trim on this FR rain coat adds an extra safety measure and makes this a great piece of FRC rainwear.

It is slightly big when I only wear a shirt underneath, and it is slightly tight when I wear a coat underneath. I couldn't expect a better fit. I wore a large BDU and large BDU field coat in the Army and I purchased a large here. It fits as I would have expected.
